Traci was waiting for “tomorrow” to reach out
“Tomorrow,” Traci Stier told herself. “Tomorrow I am absolutely going to organize and reach out to my database.”
“OK, I’ll definitely get to it next week,” she’d say. “Or I’ll make it my New Year’s resolution. Probably.”
Not only was the prospect of getting her database in order overwhelming, Traci was also trying to manage the day-to-day needs of her clients, and there were always plenty of situations that required her immediate attention. It felt like there just weren’t enough hours in the day to do both.
“You want to stay in touch with your database, but that’s a feat in and of itself,” said Traci, a senior loan consultant in Huntington Beach, California. “And then what do you tell them?”
Traci had tried a few different CRMs over the years but found them difficult to use, and they didn’t solve her problems of what to say and when to say it. Then she heard about Happy Grasshopper at a real estate seminar, and she knew she’d found exactly what she’d been looking for.
Happy Grasshopper helped her reach out TODAY
“I loved the interesting, quirky emails,” she said. “I thought they would be a fun way to engage and stay top of mind.”
The results have been even better than she imagined.
“It’s going to be a 25 percent increase in my business,” she said. “I’ve had people I’ve funded loans for reaching out to say thanks and they just told their sister to call me. That would have never happened without Happy Grasshopper, and it’s happening a few times a week.”
In addition to loving the responses she’s getting, Traci finally feels like she’s got a handle on keeping her database organized thanks to the support of the Happy Grasshopper success team.
“They’re always responsive and so patient,” she said. “They add even more value to the product.”
